Appointment Policy: Late Arrivals and No-Shows
At The Beauty of Bella Salon, we value our clients’ and our team’s time. Therefore, we have a strict policy regarding late arrivals and no-shows.
1. Late Arrivals:
– If you arrive 15 minutes late to your appointment, you will be charged an additional 20% of the total cost of the appointment.
– If you arrive 20 minutes late or more, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to accommodate you, and you will be charged 30% of the total cost of the appointment as a penalty.
2. No-Shows:
– If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged 30% of the total cost of the appointment as a penalty.
3. Cancellation Policy:
– You have up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment to notify us if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment without penalty.
– If you cancel on the day before your appointment, there will be no refund for the penalty, unless you can prove it was due to an emergency, such as a car accident, a family emergency documented by a doctor, an illness of one of your pets at home with veterinary proof, or a surgery related to your health, documented by a doctor. In these cases, the penalty will be refunded.
– If you cannot prove that it was a medical emergency, a car accident, or another justified emergency, the penalty will not be refunded.
Money Redemption Policy for Loyalty Program
At “The Beauty of Bella,” we appreciate our loyal customers. As part of our loyalty program, customers who purchase over $300 in hair products or hair styling tools will earn cash rewards.
Policy Details:
1. For every $300 spent on qualifying products, customers will receive $10 in credit to their account.
2. This credit can be used towards future purchases at “The Beauty of Bella.”
3. Credits must be redeemed within one year of issuance. Any remaining credits after this period will expire and cannot be redeemed.
4. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
5. “The Beauty of Bella” reserves the right to modify or terminate the loyalty program at any time.

Membership Policy
At “The Beauty of Bella,” we offer three membership levels: Red Diamond, Blue Diamond, and Gold Diamond. It is important to note the following policies for each membership level:
1. Red Diamond (Basic Level):
– The Red Diamond membership is the most economical and requires a minimum commitment of three months.
– Services included in this membership must be used monthly. If a service is not used in a given month, it cannot be carried over or transferred to the following month.
– If a client does not utilize all the services included in their membership in a month, they will forfeit the unused services.
– Payments for the Red Diamond membership must be made monthly, regardless of whether services are used or not.
– The Red Diamond membership can be canceled at any time after the first three months.
2. Blue Diamond and Gold Diamond:
– The Blue Diamond and Gold Diamond memberships can be canceled at any time, without requiring a minimum commitment of time.
– Services included in these memberships must be used monthly. Similar to the Red Diamond membership, unused services in a month cannot be carried over or transferred to the following month.
3. Return Credits:
– Every three months, members will receive a $20 credit to their account to be used for additional services, hair products, or as cash back.
– Return credits cannot be accumulated and must be used within three months of being awarded.
4. Membership Cancellation:
– All memberships can be canceled at any time.
– If a client cancels their membership, any unused services at that time will be forfeited.
